TELFAR’s “Live Price” model reimagined traditional retail by allowing prices to rise based on demand — starting at wholesale and climbing to retail once sold out, with consumer interest setting the final price. Designed to challenge luxury pricing barriers, the model was applied to weekly drops of jersey and fleece staples, including signature styles like the Baggy Sweatpant and Triple Jersey shirt. This innovative approach reinforced TELFAR’s mission of making fashion both accessible and community-driven.
